DHL Express is not an expedited/express shipping service but the name of the
courier. GSQ does not offer express shipping due to the location of the brand and the worldwide shipping aspect.

The orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Poland within 5 business days*. Shipment/delivery time is separate, and depends on courier choice/delivery location.

Please note that during special offers, sale events or new collection launches you may experience up to 14 business day delay in receiving your order. The above times are also estimations provided by our couriers, which can change once the parcel leaves our warehouse.

PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

The items that are available for pre-order are usually stil in mid-production. The current wait time is 7-14 business days, excluding shipping and processing time. The 7-14 business days wait is for the garment to be produced in our local factory. Please take this into consideration when purchasing a pre-order product.


CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE THE PARCEL IS PROCESSED

Orders may not be modified/cancelled once the parcel has been processed.



WHAT ABOUT DUTIES AND TAXES?

All international packages may be subject to customs duties and taxes. All taxes and customs chargers are the responsibility of the customer, and they are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Please check your local customs website for more information.



WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?

God Save Queens is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages delayed in transit. The shipping costs for orders are non refundable. If you are experiencing problems with delivery, please contact the courier with your tracking number.


ROUTE SHIPPING PROTECTION

For our customers we offer Route shipping protection, which can be added to your cart along with your order. For orders under $100 the protection costs $0.98, for orders over $100 the charge is set at 2% of the total of your basket. What the protection covers-

Marked as delivered (stolen) - Shipping issues can be approved no earlier than 5 and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered. Orders over $100 USD require a police report.

Stuck in transit (lost) - shipping issues can be approved no earlier than 7 days no later than 30 days from the last update (Poland), 60 days from order date. Shipping issues can be approved no earlier than 20 days and no later than 30 days from the last update (International), 60 days from order date.

Damaged - File shipping issues for damaged items with photos of the pacha and item (required) and no later than 15 days from when it was marked delivered.  

If you purchase this protection and problems with your parcel arise, please contact Route to file your report. If customers do not purchase this protection, GSQ is not liable for any lost, damaged or stolen items.
