CURRENCY
We partner with Global-e, a third-party service acting as your seller-on-record, so that you may purchase Olivia von Halle product in your local language and currency and ship it to over 100 destinations worldwide. Simply select your country from our website header to browse and pay for products in your local currency. If your order is subject to your country's local import taxes, we can take this payment up front to guarantee no hold ups at customs or duties and taxes to pay when your goods arrive. 

Global-e's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy are clearly presented at checkout (and available through the Global-e website here). All purchases will appear on your payment method as being charged by **Global-e // Olivia von Halle**.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Maestro and CB Bank. Note, cards issued that do not carry one of these logos will not be accepted, therefore we recommend using PayPal as an alternative. You can use any form of payment method in your PayPal account in your country. Once you have added a payment method, you can use our one-click PayPal express feature for a fast checkout. Online Gift Cards - Each credit carries a code that can be entered when completing checkout.

GSQ GIFT CARDS

GOD SAVE QUEENS gift cards are available for purchase on our website. Any gift card purchased on godsavequeens.com is only valid on our official website. Gift cards that are purchased on godsavequeens.com and store credits issued for a return do not have an expiration date. Please remember that all gift card purchases are final sale.

PRICE MATCH

Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments for items that have been marked down. We apologize for this inconvenience!

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

The orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Poland within 5 business days. Shipment/delivery time is separate, and depends on courier choice as well as delivery location. Please allow an additional 10-14 business days for processing an order during sale periods. All shipping costs are nonrefundable. We do not process or ship orders on the weekend or bank holidays, and we do not offer Saturday or express delivery. GSQ is not responsible for delays due to local disruptions or weather systems. ORDER VERIFICATION

All orders may be subjected to order verification. This is to ensure the protection of our customers, we want to ensure that every order that ships was authorized by the cardholder. If we put your order on hold we will reach out immediately to ensure there are minimal delays in processing time.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order has been placed, we're unable to make any changes. You can request to cancel your current order if it hasn't been shipped so that you can place a new order with any changes you need. To request to cancel your order, please contact us at customercare@godsavequeens.com as soon as possible and be sure to include your order number in this request. We'll do the best we can to help you cancel before it ships, however we do process orders fast, and once your order is packed or shipped we can not cancel it at that time.

ORDER STATUS

Once you have received your shipping confirmation email you can click on the tracking link provided to see the status of your delivery. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for tracking updates to synchronize and appear. Any information about back ordered or canceled items will be included in a separate email.

CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS

If your order has been shipped and it's still in transit you can change the delivery address with DHL by going onto https://delivery.dhl.com/on-demand-delivery.xhtml?ctrycode=US and choosing to manage shipment as a guest. Once you enter your waybill number, you will be sent a security code to the phone number you provided when checking out. Once you do so you will be able to manage your shipment.

LOST PACKAGE

RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM

We hope this doesn't happen to you, but if it does (our apologies in advance) contact us right away at customercare@godsavequeens.com and we will get it taken care of for you! You can also fill out the form on returns center with photos of the fault - https://godsavequeens.returnscenter.com
