The orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Poland within 2 business days. Shipment/delivery time is separate, and depends on courier choice/delivery location.

One exchange is free of charge, unless you decide to exchange for a piece that is more expensive than the one originally bought. Then you will receive the link to transfer the difference cost.
