HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping cost depends on destination. Exact cost of shipment is displayed on final step of placing an order. To check it, simply pick your country from a list.
The cost of delivery is fixed and it isn’t based on quantity of ordered products.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders are being processed on business days, from Monday to Friday. They’re being processed till 1 p.m. (CET/CEST) and they leave our warehouse on the same day. Orders placed after that time will leave our warehouse on the next business day.

We ship our products to the most of the countries, using UPS. Delivery time also depends on destination. If you’d like to know approximate delivery time, e-mail us on customercare@godsavequeens.com.
There can be the occasional customs or courier delay which may affect your delivery timeframe from time to time.

  • HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
    You will automatically receive an e-mail including your tracking number, once your order is dispatched. However, if you somehow didn’t receive it, please e-mail us on customercare@godsavequeens.com.
    Make sure, that there will be someone to pick your order, because your parcel requires a signature on delivery and we can’t send it to PO Box.
    ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES I HAVE TO PAY?
    If you’re ordering to non-EU country, you may be forced to pay some import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
    We are not liable for them and, unfortunately, they can’t be refunded by us.
    Any doubts concerning custom clearance and eventual duties may be dispelled by your local customs office.
    Exchanges & Returns
    GSQ EXCHANGES AND RETURNS - HOW DOES IT LOOK LIKE?
    We provide fast and comfortable exchange and return procedure.
    Product must be in original condition, with all tags remaining in place, especially hygiene seal. Also, it’s good to try panties on over your own lingerie.
    Product cannot be damaged, worn, washed or altered in any other way.
    If possible, please, attach a receipt or its copy.
    It’s up to you which carrier will you use, however we recommend to use recorder delivery method.
    We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit, so we recommend you send your return back by registered post and retain proof of postage.
    MAY I EXCHANGE ORDERED PRODUCT FOR A DIFFERENT MODEL?
    Of course, we accept not only size exchanges of the same product, but also exchanges for different product.
    If you decide to exchange for a cheaper product - you will be re-credited to your PayPal account - the one you used while placing an order.
    But if you decide to exchange for a piece that is more expensive than the one originally bought, you will have to transfer difference plus cost of additional shipment to our PayPal account.
    HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO RETURN?
    You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange delivered product, counting from a day when you receive it. If you won’t be able to organise return at once, e-mail us on returns@godsavequeens.com
    WHO COVERS A COST OF RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
    The shipping cost incurred for returning item/s to GSQ for an exchange or refund are NOT covered or reimbursed by us.
    HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
    E-mail us on returns@godsavequeens.com. Your application should include following informations:
  • order number,
  • name and size of product you wish to return.

  • As a response, you will receive a Return Number (RN) that should be put on Return Form enclosed to returned product. You'll find it here: Return Form
    HOW DO I ORGANISE AN EXCHANGE?
    E-mail us on returns@godsavequeens.com. Your application should include following informations:
  • order number,
  • name and size of product you wish to return,
  • name and size of product you wish to receive.

  • As a response, you will receive a Return Number (RN) that should be put on Exchange Form enclosed to exchanged product. You'll find it here: Exchange Form
    WHERE SHOULD I SEND MY RETURN TO?
    You will receive return address and all of the important instructions once you e-mail us with your application on returns@godsavequeens.com.
    WHEN WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?
    Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt. You will be re-credited to a PayPal account used while placing an order.
    IMPORTANT: If you’ve already sent a parcel to us and you want to know if we receive it, e-mail us on returns@godsavequeens.com.
    WHEN WILL I RECEIVE EXCHANGED PRODUCTS?
    We will ship a new product to you, once we will receive the one you want to exchange. You will be charged for additional shipping cost. It has to be paid to our PayPal account. For confirmation and more details simply email returns@godsavequeens.com.
    WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
    If you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at returns@godsavequeens.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
